In 2003, I purchased a new Honda Accord from your dealership and was very pleased with it. About six weeks ago my husband and I decided to look at the new 2009 Honda Accords. While I was out of town, my husband drove over to Hagerstown and made his first exploratory visit. He was impressed with the new Honda and drove me over three weeks later. We were met by Wendy Brechbill as a sales consultant. She did a great job of walking us tastefully through the sales process. Her pleasant and sincere personality was refreshing in making a car selection and finally a purchase on December 30th. She followed through on all of our questions in a very professional manner. Too often CEOs hear of only complaints but I wanted to let you know how pleasant Wendy was throughout the purchasing process. If she had any questions she knew where to get the answers in a professional way.
We met briefly with Brett Swain, Finance Manager, to do our paperwork but found him to be professional, easy to talk with and quite competent.
I am quite pleased with our new 2009 Honda Accord EX-L V6. Wishing you and your associates a prosperous and healthy new year.

This is our 4th Accord from Hagerstown Honda and again I was very pleased with the whole experience. This dealership is 1st class and we tell everyone in our area to shop there.
Upon our arrival, Brandon Fisher met us right outside the showroom. He had the Black 2009 Accord waiting for us to test drive. My husband is a coach and had baseball practice until 2:00 on Saturday. We drove a little over an hour and arrived around 3:30. After the test drive, Brandon pulled up the screen and showed us all the numbers, we talked with him and told him what we needed to hear. We then talked to Matt and he also was very informative and took care of finding us the best interest rate. He took care of all the details. We left the dealership at 6:00, driving my beautiful new car. The Service Dept. had it sparkling. I loved it on Saturday and I'm still loving it today.
I love and trust my Honda. I have never owned one that let me stranded. I will never buy anything another make.

Cindy's first new vehicle (purchased from Hoffman in 1993) was a Jeep Grand Cherokee. She spent over $30,000 on that back then. In 2001, we bought the Sport Trac to replace the Jeep (and it cost $28,000). So I'm glad to be getting her in something more affordable. We are on the same replacement cycle so it tends to crimp the budget (my 2005 Mustang GT should last another 5 years).
I will say that I've had my best car buying experience ever at Hagerstown Honda, with Bob Barnes. No pressure, no gotchas, etc. Excellent selection. In my lifetime, I have bought about 6-7 cars from other dealerships, so I have some basis for comparison.

I am writing to you personally, to express our sincere appreciation and pleasure for the recent experiences that both my wife and I have had, at your dealership.We are "first-time" buyers at Hagerstown Honda, and will not soon forget the professional and courteous service that we received while shopping for her new Honda.To be quite honest, we had fully intended to purchase my wife's 2009 Pilot, at another dealership, where a friend's father worked as a salesman.Our trip to Hagerstown was purely to do some pre-comparison shopping.
Upon our arrival, on June 29th, we were initially greeted by one of your salesman, Mr. Sean Lewis.After gathering our information, he arranged a test drive, as my wife had not driving this vehicle yet.He also gave us a brief, but in-depth preview, of many of the wonderful features associated with this car.During the next hour or so, Sean was not only professional, in helping us decide on options, etc., but was very courteous in handling our questions and concerns.We were both very comfortable with his presentation, and did not experience the sales pressure, often found during this process.After we decided on a few options, Sean did a great job on convincing us to buy at Hagerstown Honda, and we closed the deal that same evening.
We then met with Finance Manager, Mr. Matt Hull, who was equally helpful, and offered some nice insight to our purchase.He walked us through the financing process, and only added to what had already been an enjoyable process.This evening would be a topic of discussion with family and friends in the weeks that followed.
Now here's the Paul Harvey, or the rest of the story. During our visit with Sean, I had expressed my interest in purchasing a Ridgeline, but knew that it would probably be next year.However, over the next few months, and knowing the economy had greatly impacted the auto sales market as well, my wife and I decided to push our next year's date for the Ridgeline purchase, up to this year.So I placed another call to Sean Lewis, and on October 16th, we met again with him, and I am now the proud owner of a 2009 Ridgeline.This would not only be my own personal, first time Honda purchase, but would also be the first time in my life, that I bought TWO new cars within a four month period!This Ridgeline, much like my wife's Pilot, is one of the most amazing automobiles (trucks) that I have ever owned.We could not be happier with our entire experience at Hagerstown Honda.
We would appreciate it, if in your busy schedule; you might find the time to personally thank Mr. Sean Lewis, Mr. Matt Hull, and additionally Mr. Brett Swain, who assisted at my Ridgeline purchase, for providing such a fine representation, of your Sales Staff.These gentlemen are all 'class acts' and is certainly a credit to your organization.In fact, we will be sending a family member, from the Baltimore area, over to meet with Mr. Lewis, before you get this letter.

I just wanted to send a compliment your way. Unfortunately, the Air Conditioning in my 2004 CRV went out this past week, but your Service Dept. fixed it today, and Honda paid for the majority of it through warranty.
The mechanic/Service Rep., Alan, was very friendly and the staff went out of their way to give my son and I a ride home while they worked on my car. They even brought the car to my home, in the evening, so I wouldn't have to re-install the child safety seat twice. Thank You!

I decided to drive the extra miles (45 to be exact since I work in Winchester, VA) and adjusted my work schedule to have my car serviced in Hagerstown. It was worth the trip! Hagerstown Honda is the ONLY place to buy a car. Once again, I am writing to share what an incredible experience it has been to have my Honda serviced at Hagerstown Honda. I brought my Honda in for a routine service - oil, lube, filter. Alan Barnes, Service Advisor Extraordinaire, asked if there was anything else I needed. I asked him if he could please check my exhaust as it did not sound normal. Within 2 hours, Alan called, shared they had discovered the problem and it was covered under warranty. Wow. Honesty, Care, Concern, Technical Expertise and a Customer focus second to none.

This is a thank you for your help. My '01 Odyssey had a transmission problem, and I brought it to you, specifically Chris Anderson, in service. Your diagnosis and help led to Honda replacing the transmission and the catalytic converter for very nominal cost.
